Destinations

Lake Nakuru National Park (188 km², 73 mi²), is best known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. The surface of the shallow lake is often hardly recognizable due to the continually shifting mass of pink. The number of flamingos on the lake varies with water and food conditions. Also of interest is an area of 188 km (116 mi) around the lake fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild giraffes, black rhinos and white rhinos, among the other animals.

Hell's Gate National Park covers an area of 68.25 square kilometres (26 sq mi). Olkaria and Hobley's, two extinct volcanoes located in the park, can be seen as well as obsidian forms from the cool molten lava. There is a wide variety of wildlife in the national park, though many are few in number. It’s a wonderful place for hiking, bicycling, and climbing.

Masai Mara covers some 1,510 km2 (583 sq mi)[1] in south-western Kenya. It is the northern-most section of the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem, which covers some 25,000 km2 (9,700 sq mi) in Tanzania and Kenya. It is globally famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards and cheetahs, game, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration.

Mombasa is the second-largest city in Kenya, with a population of over one million people. Situated on the east coast of Kenya, in Coast Province, Mombasa is bordering the Indian Ocean making it famous for it’s long and sandy beaches.

Zanzibar is known for its white sand beaches, unique culture and historical Stone Town. This East-African archipelago offers an amazing setting for snorkeling, diving and relaxing at the beach. Stone Town has cultural experiences varying from food to museums and musical performances.
